SSC CGL Preparation Strategy for General Intelligence & Reasoning

Without enough experience, answering General Intelligence (GI) questions can be exceedingly difficult. Every day, attempt to complete at least thirty GI and reasoning questions in addition to finishing practice papers. In this manner, prior to the exam, you will have gotten practice on at least 1200 GI and thinking questions. With continued practice, you will eventually come up with your own strategies to answer some GI issues.

Begin your Reasoning Preparation Here:

Reasoning: This is undoubtedly the best place to clear all concepts in order to prepare for SSC CGL Tier 1 exam.

Reasoning Quiz: Take these quizzes to monitor your preparation to make sure you are learning and not just wasting your time. These tests are created using the SSC CGL Exam format and previous year’s exam analysis in mind.

Topics like Puzzles, analogy, coding-decoding, series, figure-based questions, etc. are very scoring. Begin with these and proceed to more general inquiries. If you practice regularly, you will see a significant improvement in your accuracy in just one week.

Furthermore, non-verbal reasoning topics like image assembling, figure-counting, etc. require you to employ visual imagination. Even though you think these questions will take a lot of time, don’t skip or disregard them. The best method to reduce the amount of time required to complete them is to solve them; candidates can check the status of their SSC CGL application by visiting the article that is linked.
Note: Your goal should be to be able to reasonably accurately answer at least 20 questions in 18–20 minutes while practicing. Try to complete this section in no more than 20 minutes on the exam as well. for additional details.

SSC CGL Preparation Strategy General Awareness and Current Affairs

The exam’s General Awareness (GA) part receives the highest score. It won’t take you longer than ten minutes to complete this section on the test if you prepare it well in advance. The time you save by making this calculation can be applied to Quantitative Aptitude tasks. Typically, the exam has more static GK questions than current affairs ones. As a result, concentrate more on static GK while continuing to read current affairs.

Prepare the subjects in the following order of priority:

Science ⇒ Polity ⇒ History ⇒ Economy ⇒ Geography ⇒ Miscellaneous

Static GK mainly pertains to Culture, Indian History, Geography (India+World), Environment, Economy and Polity. Make notes and mindmaps to help you remember data, an order of events, cause and effect, etc. rather than mindlessly cramming. You’ll expedite your editing process by doing this as well. Every day, spend at least 15 minutes practicing at least 20–30 GA questions. Concentrate on the subjects covered in this part that were included in the SSC

The following material will help you cover almost all aspects of General Awareness:

Current Affairs App: Examine the notes and capsules on the app throughout the more than three months you have left. Take the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Quizzes as well.

Static GK: These capsules are essential for improving your general awareness and keeping you current on events and trivia.

GK Quiz: Improve your General Knowledge with these short quizzes. To prepare for SSC CGL Tier 1 exam and simultaneously test yourself, these quizzes are the best platform.

Read all the Chapters  carefully to understand the concepts used in the questions.

Examine the questions from past years’ question papers and note how they were asked about these and other subjects. Memorize each of the key formulas, and keep track of the time as you practice. Additionally, practice using the app every day.

Note: Make an effort to devote a minimum of two hours of your day to practicing the questions from the quantitative aptitude section. Don’t spend more than 25 minutes on this section of the exam.
