Every year, State Bank of India (SBI) launches the SBI PO Recruitment 2025 campaign to choose qualified applicants for open Probationary Officer (PO) positions. There are three steps in the selection process: preliminary, main, and interview. The following table contains more summary information regarding SBI PO 2025.

Major Changes in SBI PO 2025

SBI PO Notification 2025 is a notification of the significant changes that the State Bank of India (SBI) has made since this year.

• We have raised the first base pay to Rs 48,480, and the monthly in-hand payment now ranges from Rs 84,000 to Rs 85,000. These are the adjustments we have made.
• There will be sectional cut-off in mains exams.
• The English section in the prelims exam now includes 40 questions, while Reasoning and Quantitative have been reduced to 30 questions each.
• In the mains exam, the number of objective-type questions has increased to 170 from 150. The number of questions for the descriptive test remains unspecified.
