NMAT Selection Criteria 2024
The Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test, or NMAT Exam 2024, will be held from November 5, 2024 to December 20, 2024.
The GMAC NMAT Score is used to determine admission to top business schools in India, South Africa, the Philippines, Nigeria, and Morocco.
Every year, more than 75,000 applicants take the NMAT admission exam. Along with NMIMS Mumbai and its other campuses, around 50 additional B-Schools will accept NMAT 2024 scores for MBA admission in 2025.
The results are announced within 72 hours of the exam. Participating universities issue the NMAT cut-off list. Before moving forward, candidates must meet the NMAT cut-off score for their desired university.
Finally, many screening rounds are undertaken to assess the candidate’s abilities and expertise. These rounds may contain a

NMAT Selection Process for NMIMS 2024
The NMAT selection criteria for NMIMS are conducted in two stages:
Stage of NMAT Selection 2024 | Details |
Stage I | Aspirants must compulsorily appear for the NMAT exam conducted by GMACTM. |
Stage II | Candidates applying to any NMIMS program will be shortlisted based on their sectional and total scores. |

Results | The results of all the screening rounds are announced on the NMIMS dashboard. The whole process takes 4 to 5 hours. |
NMAT 2024 Selection Criteria: Written Ability Test
The Written Ability Test (WAT) of the NMAT selection criterion requires candidates to compose an essay on a certain topic within a word limit. This test evaluates the candidate’s writing skills and capacity to communicate effectively.
The essay is graded on grammar, language usage, vocabulary, and clarity of thought.
It is important to note that not all business schools require the Written Ability Test (WAT). However, for those that do, it’s critical that the essay is:

NMAT 2024 Selection Criteria: Group Discussion Round
In this round, 9-10 applicants are assigned a topic to discuss for a specific amount of time.
