  • Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main examination.

The total duration of the Preliminary Exam is 60 minutes, with a cumulative score of 100 marks. Candidates must note that there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

IBPS Clerk Main Exam Pattern

Candidates who qualify for the Preliminary Exam move on to the Main Exam. The Main Exam pattern is more comprehensive and detailed. It comprises the following sections:
