Changes in the SNAP Exam Pattern 2024
Compared to the 2020 pattern, SIU made no substantial changes to the SNAP exam patterns in 2021 or 2022. However, for the SNAP exam 2020, SIU made significant changes to the exam paper, including the following main points:
- The SNAP exam time was decreased from 120 to 60 minutes.
- The sectional time limit has been eliminated for answering the questions.
- Candidates are allowed three attempts per year.
- The General English part had 15 questions.
- The quantitative parts included 20 questions in total.
- The Analytical and Logical Reasoning part contained 25 problems.
- Each question has one mark.
- An erroneous response results in a 0.25 point deduction.
- Unanswered questions do not result in a mark deduction.
- The SNAP exam has a total marking capacity of 60 points.
