Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: You must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of settling permanently.
• Age Limit: As of August 1, 2025, you must be between 20 and 28 years old. This means you must have been born not earlier than August 2, 1997, and not later than August 1, 2005. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years).
• Educational Qualification: You must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. You must possess a valid marksheet or degree certificate on the day you register.
• Local Language Proficiency: You must have proficiency in the official language of the state or union territory you’re applying for. This includes the ability to read, write, and speak the language.
• Computer Literacy: It is mandatory to have operating and working knowledge of computer systems. This can be a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations, or you should have studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject in school or college.
